Concierge is what happens when you want care and you want everything around the care to be quietly handled too. The carer is excellent. So is the bit you do not normally see: the calendar, the appointments, the family WhatsApp, the dry cleaner, the gardener, the holiday plans.
Most concierge clients come to us through word of mouth from solicitors, financial advisers, or other clients. The brief is often the same: “We want one person we can call, and we want everything to just work.”
We deliver that with a small, hand-picked carer team and the registered manager as your direct contact. You get a phone number that picks up, a weekly written update, and a service that thinks one step ahead.

How it works
We start with a long conversation. Sometimes that is in the client’s home, sometimes it is in our Wimborne office, sometimes it is over Zoom with the family in another time zone. We agree the scope, the budget, and the rhythm of communication. The first month is hands-on with the registered manager personally involved, and we settle into a steady weekly rhythm after that. Reviews are quarterly and frank.

How is concierge different from your standard service? +
Standard care is excellent, but it is care. Concierge wraps care inside a wider service: appointment management, transport coordination, family communication, paperwork, holiday planning, technology setup, even managing a tradesperson or two. The carer is hand-picked, the registered manager is the family's direct contact, and response times are immediate.
Who is concierge usually for? +
Two main groups. Families with adult children abroad who need a local presence they can fully trust. And clients who have always had a high-touch, organised lifestyle and want the same standard from their care. We are honest if it is more than someone needs.
What is the cost difference? +
Concierge is priced on the package, not the hour. We will quote properly after the first conversation and you get a clear monthly figure with no surprises. Most concierge clients run between two and five times the cost of a standard visiting package, depending on hours and the surround.
